My Little Friend Hand Carved Stamp

I love this and need you to tell me how to do this because they only thing I can carve into in a eraser is a measly looking heart.

i like to see how you did the tricky thin lines, i have tryed to make some stamps of my own designs but had a lot of problems with the thin lines as well.
