I started making reflectors for myself and as a julentid present for my friends. I got really into it and couldn't stop as it was so fun. First I cut out a shape on the reflecting fabric, then I clued it to the felt and cut the felt into shape...then to the accecories and strings or needles if it was to be a brooch type reflector. Textile glue doesn't wrinkle the reflector fabric.
