Mustard & Dill Potatoes
Delicious, crispy hassleback potatoes with mustard and dill.

You Will Need (6 things)
- 1 kg Charlotte Potatoes
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 8 tbsp Butter
- 6 tbsp Mustard
- A whole packet of fresh Dill
- Sour Cream to serve
Steps (5 steps, 35 minutes)

Scrub the potatoes and cut thin slices along the top of each. Place in a baking tray lined with tinfoil.

Press or mince your garlic.

Mix together the garlic, butter, mustard and dill.

Spread the potatoes with the butter.

Roast for an hour and a half at 200'c, basting halfway through cooking and serve with sour cream.
