You Will Need (5 things)

  • 1 x Onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Whole - Grain Mustard
  • 2 cup Mushroom(s)
  • 1 cup Creme Fraiche Cheese

Steps (6 steps, 15 minutes)

    Chop up the onions and mushrooms.

  2. 2

    Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the onions for a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the mushrooms and fry for a few more minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the mustard.

  5. 5

    Add the creme fraiche.

  6. 6

    Leave to cook for a few more minutes and serve hot with rice or whatever you fancy.
