Mushroom, Red Onion & Parsley Tagliatelle

Mushroom & red onion tagliatelle with a creamy parmesan sauce and parsley!

You Will Need (7 things)

  • 200 g Tagliatelle
  • 5 Chestnut Mushrooms
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 2 tbsp Sliced Almonds
  • 150 ml Single Cream
  • 150 g Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Steps (6 steps, 25 minutes)

    Cook the tagliatelle, drain and place to the side.

    Thinly slice the mushrooms and red onions and fry with a little olive oil until golden.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle over the almond slices and stir in the single cream, parmesan and balsamic vinegar.

    Cook for a few minutes and then add the parsley.

    Stir in the tagliatelle, making sure to coat all of the pasta.

    Serve with some more grated parmesan and fresh parsley.
