Mushroom Foo Yung

Egg foo yung with mushrooms, spring onions and beansprouts!

You Will Need (10 things)

  • 250 g Mushroom(s)
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 4 Eggs
  • 150 g Beansprouts
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Chilli Flakes

Steps (10 steps, 15 minutes)

    Chop all of the vegetables before you begin and then head some olive oil in a frying pan. Start by cooking the onions.

    Now add the mushrooms.

    Next add the spring onions.

  4. 4

    Finally add the beansprouts.

    Beat together the eggs with the soy sauce.

    Whisk in the salt, pepper, ginger and chilli flakes.

    Fry the vegetables until soft.

    Add the egg mixture.

    Allow to cook on one side, before drizzling with a little more olive oil and then flipping in chunks.

    Cook on the second side until golden and serve.
