Mug Mac N Cheese
Super fast microwave mac n cheese!

You Will Need (7 things)
- 100 g Pasta
- 200 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 50 g Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tbsp Soya Milk
- Truffle Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Steps (6 steps, 10 minutes)

Place the pasta in a microwave safe jug with the water and heat in the microwave for around 7 minutes until cooked.

Pour our the excess water and place the cooked pasta in a mug.

Stir in the butter and soya milk.

Stir in the cheese.

Cook for a further 3 minutes until all the cheese has melted.

Add a drizzle of truffle oil and season with salt and pepper. Stir well and serve.
