I was cleaning my room the other day and low and behold I found a little round mirror that had no other purpose but to sit behind a book shelgf, so I revived it!
1. Gather your supplies: I had to use clear scotch tape but I would have prefered blue painters tape. This is just a personal preference! 2. Make sure you wipe down your mirror with Windex or a similiar product. My mirror was very dusty when I pulled it out!
3. Hold up the mirror to your face and mark an area with painters tape in three spots: - Between your nose and lips(where a moustache would normally sit :-D ) - Below your lips (for the soul patch!) - And over your left eye The taping is purely for spacing. Remember, the location of the moustache, goatee, and monocle will change depending on the viewer's disctance from the mirror.
4. Pull of the tape where the moustache will be and start painting it in. It is important to start with the moustache so that you can center everything off of it. As you are painting it on, check your face in the mirror for size and position. It can be as big and ridiculous as you want!
5. Finally, add in the monocle and the goatee and paint over the three areas a couple of times so that it is completely covered and no mirror is shining through!
Have Fun! If you try any other type of "face" besides the classy gentleman please share because I would LOVE to see! I'm hoping to do a pirate next!
