You will need

3 tbsp Sugar ½ tsp Salt Zest of 1 Lime , grated? 4 Mint Leaves 30 g Butter , melted 1 x quantity Stovetop Popcorn or ?2 x quantities Microwave popcorn

Instructions

1. Place the sugar, salt, lime zest and mint leaves in a food processor and process to a fine powder.

2. 













Drizzle the butter over the popcorn and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the mojito sugar and toss again.
