You can make your own ice cream or use store bought.

You need a lot of corn flour or icing sugar to roll the dough in.

You Will Need (5 things)

  • 1 lb Icecream
  • 160 g Mochi Flour
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 230 ml Water
  • Corn Flour Or icing sugar

Steps (9 steps, 20 minutes)

    Scoop the Icecream into balls & refreeze.

    Mix flour & sugar together.

  3. 3

    Stir in water.

    Make a paste.

    Cover bowl with cling film.

    Cook in the microwave for 1 min.

    Remove & stir.

    Cover with film & heat for 1 more min.

    Remove & stir again.

    Cover with cling.

    Cook again for 30 seconds.

    Pour onto a surface covered in corn flour.

    Roll it out .

    Place on a tray & refrigerate for 30 mins.

    Cut out enough dough to cover the ball.

    Place Icecream balls in the circles and wrap around to fully cover.

    Re freeze until needed.

    Serve.
