This neaklace is eazy to make but takes a little time. It is very cool and has many possibilitys. So get creative and I hope you like it. Instructions

  1. Small p1060088

Take some modelling clay (I used Modelling Magic) and roll it into a ball slightly smaller than an M&M. (You can make the beads any sie but I think M&M size makes it look more realistic)(Also i made one bead bigger then an M&M to spice up the neaklace)

  2. Small p1060083

Lightly press the top of the beed to make it a little more ovalish.

  3. Small p1060086

Pinch the sides of the bead to make it look more like an M&M

  4. Small p1060090

It should look like this. Make as many of these beads as you want for your neaklace.

  5. Small p1060096

Useing a needle poke a hole all the way through for your thread to go through. However u can also use a thin ribbion or whatever else you want so you will need to make the hole an aproperate size.

  6. Small p1060097

Paint the beads the colors of M&Ms. (red, blue, yellow, green, brown, and orange). When the paint dries carefully paint a M on each bead useing white paint and a thin brush.

  7. Small p1060092

Cut a peice of thead (a little longer than) twice as long as needed for all ur beads. Then fold it in half. (You need to make it a little longer than needed so u can tie knots at the end)

  8. Small p1060094

Tie a few knots at the lose end. Make sure the knots are big so the beads wont slip off.

  9. Small p1070101

Put the thread though the needle like in the picture.

  10. Small p1070103

then out the lose end of the thread though the loop and pull to make a simple knot.

  11. Small p1070099

Thread the beads in whatever order you want. If you did make the thread long enough go all the way around your neak then attach jewelry hooks or tie it if you can slip it over your head.

  12. Small p1070108

(optional)If you didnt make the thread or enough beads to go all the way around your neak attach a chain neaklace to the end loops of the thread. Or find your own creative way to make it work. :) IMPORTANT: If you make this or anything out of modle magic then you will probobly need to spray a clear coat of paint over it to keep the paint on and keep the project from being sticky.
