About

This is a rich & tasty dessert.

Easy to make.

I did find that the centre of the pie didn't set up as hard as the outside but I liked it that way as it gave the pie a bit of sauce & moisture.

If you would prefer it to be set all the way then cook the pie for an extra few minutes.

I have now discovered that the pie will set up hard through to the centre if you leave it in the fridge over night. I was just too impatient.
