I was given the mirror tiles by my friend Jane as a challenge and was origionally going to make a broach! I used even count peyote to edge the mirrors, starting with size 11 delica's and then reducing down to size 11 & 15 seed beads in the same colour. The edge was done using glass teardrops worked into alternative delicas. To attach the mirrors I made an even count peyote strip and a second, longer one doubled over to feed a necklace through. The spiral rope was made using the same size 11 seed beads for the outer spiral and clear silver lined for the core. I was pleased with the result and my friend now wants the mirrors back just as they are.
