Yip yip yip yip, Uh-huh, uh-huh!
I had some red Caron Bliss yarn left over from a knitting project. It occured to me one day that it was the perfect fuzzy texture to make a yip-yip martian from Sesame Street. He's completely needle felted. I made the core with undyed roving (just because it's cheaper), covered that with red roving, then attached the strands of yarn individually. His antennae are pipecleaners wrapped with yarn with beads on the ends.
