This is a mini top hat I made for a swap. It's the first one I've made and it was really easy! I just used material i had sitting about and some feathers but you could do literally anything.

You will need

1 Clear Plastic Cup s Material Hot Glue Gun Cardboard Lace , Or Other Decorative Ribbon Decorations
