Using a utility knife, cut out your desired pattern onto freezer paper, waxed side up. Tape this to your t shirt sleeve. Be sure to insert a piece of cardboard between the two layers of the sleeve to prevent bleeding.
Paint directly onto one side of sleeve with the color of your choice! Let dry.
Turn sleeve inside out and do a simple running stitch through both layers. STOP when you're about 75% through, use a pair of scissors and cut just outside the stitches.
Turn sleeve out and stuff with wool. Finish up the stitch and voila!
