I used a G/6-4.35mm hook Regular 'ole red heart yarn Yarn needle buttons for eyes and thread. Stuffing [I use Poly-fil from wal-mart].

Size G Crochet Hook 2 Colours Yarn Yarn Needle or any stuffing you prefer Polyfill Button(s) for sewing of eyes Needle And Thread

   Easy Pattern found here: http://littlegreen.typepad.com/romansock/files/owlets.pdf yours will turn out differently than mine because I didn't increase at all in my circle, it you just want to make the mini owl head, don't increase and just SC the whole time.
