You Will Need (12 things)

  • 150 ml Warm Water
  • 1 tsp Dried Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Soya Milk
  • 1 tbsp Caster Sugar
  • 250 g Bread Flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter , melted
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 Quorn Burgers
  • Relish
  • 12 Black Olives
  • 12 Dried Cranberries
  • Honey for sticking

Steps (15 steps, 45 minutes)

  1. 1

Pour the yeast into a jug with the warm water, melted butter, milk and sugar and leave to become frothy.

  2. 2

Add the bread flour to your bread maker or make it by hand in a bowl. Make a well in the middle and crack in the eggs and then pour in the frothy milk.

  3. 3

Mix together to form a sticky dough and knead for about 10 minutes. Leave to rise for two hours.

  4. 4

Separate the dough into 12 balls and then shape into little bear heads with one large ball for the middle and two small balls on top for ears.

  5. 5

Leave to rise for another hour until doubled in size.

  6. 6

    Brush the tops with milk.

  7. 7

Bake at 200C for 15 minutes until golden.

  8. 8

Leave to cool before slicing the burgers.

  9. 9

Chop the black olives in half.

  10. 10

Use honey to stick the black olives to the top of your buns like eyes.

  11. 11

Then add a dried cranberry for the nose.

  12. 12

Defrost 6 Quorn burgers and use a cookie cutter to cut each burger into two smaller burgers.

  13. 13

    Cook the burgers.

  14. 14

Serve hot on the bear buns with a dollop of relish or any toppings you like.

  15. 15

    Enjoy!
