I guesstimated the sizes of the pieces of the cake from pictures online and how much felt I had to work with. I used the black thread to sew the light brown (cake) base together which is made up of 4 side pieces and 1 bottom. I used white thread to sew the white (frosting) pieces together which is made of 1 top piece and 4 tooth-like side pieces. Along this same edge where the white sides and top meet, I sewed the brown (cake) base to the white (frosting) top. Lastly, I glued the red (frosting) pieces to the white (frosting) with a hot glue gun.
