I don't know which fascinates me more, the fact that someone was clever enough to think of this or the wallet itself! Super cute and resourceful, I'll be sure to try this soon.
This is awesome! I made it the other day and all my friends think it is one of the coolest things they have ever seen! I love it! =) Thanks, my mum thought you had to take the cap off to get to the money! HA! =)
This is so cute and I love that's it's with a SOY milk carton! Too bad Trader Joe's soy milk comes in a different kind of carton cause that's what I always buy. Maybe I'll buy some juice so I can try this out! ;)
Thank you so much for sharing this genius idea!!! I love it! I just made one for myself and now my sister is begging me to make her one too! Thank you!
I found your project a little over a year ago and always keep my cartons for a quick birthday gift. More recently I hosted my town's Etsy Craft Party and used your how-to, everyone LOVED it! I made sure to tell them where I got the tutorial ;)
Thank you, Connect The Dots!
I actually found your project on here a little over a year ago and have kept my empty cartons around to use for quick birthday gifts. More recently though, I hosted the Etsy Craft Party for my town and used your project, everyone LOVED it! I made sure to mention where I got it from ;)
Thanks again!
made one RIGHT AFTER i read your how to and was SO excited about it (i guess that's a good excuse) that i cut through the front!!! so i had to staple it...still turned out right tho! minus the staples of course! If i could just learn to read directions better!!! I'll post my version asap!
I made a jillion of those this past summer, out of Silk and orange juice containers! My daughter loved hers, she used to play for hours just putting pennies in through the hole, and taking them back out. Hers was made from the Silk very vanilla for kids, because it's purple!
I have finishd mine now was abit fiddly as i used scissors..and is a tad wonky but i don't care...it's cute! The way i made it was such that it says 3 for £2.50 on the back...it's pink and lovely
I drink Silk unsweetened too. I saw this Craft in a Family Fun magazine. Your tutorial is very good. Congratulations. I have already saved one container. I think these would make great gifts.
lol I made mine earlyer today veary easy and veary cool!!!I made mine out of a "Coffee Mate" box and at the top it says "Coffee Lovers' Size"lol I love it!!!<3
Woo! Just made my first one
I love how there's no need for glueing or anything like that.. just a craft that holds itself together, in more ways than one!
I love these "recycled" crafts. I let my daughter do this with me for earthday project and everyone loved it. I also did one for her and podged it so it is pictures all over the carton and it was really cute as well.
I just made it and it is SO EASY! I think some of my measurments are off because the flap with most of "silk" on it is kinda short. Hopefully next time I make it it will be much better.
i told my guy about this yesterday cause he loooooves fruit juice from those colorful cartons. he went and bought one and drank alot of juice last nite.
i made one this a.m in about 30 mins.
i will post pix as soon as my camera charges. WAY CUTE
I KNEW there was a reason it takes me so long to take out the recycling! Would love a tutorial when you get a chance- I have a carton all ready for me!
