Bake a Mexicana pizza in with Nostralis Wholemeal Vegetarian & Vegan Pizza

You Will Need (7 things)

  • 100 % wholemeal Pizza base
  • animal rennet free Cheese
  • Crushed Tomato
  • Barlotti Beans
  • Capsicum
  • Onion
  • Chili Flakes

Steps (5 steps, 45 minutes)

    24 hours prior to making your pizza, soak and boil the barlotti beans.

    Grab your pizza base of choice- either wholemeal or gluten free. Start with an essential base and cover the base with crushed tomatoes.

    Spread barlotti beans all over base until covered, then layer the rest of your ingredients on top- onion and capsicum.

    Finally, completely top your pizza with your choice of either animal rennet free cheese, or cheezly soya cheese. Use as much cheese as you desire and top with a sprinkle of chili flakes for that extra kick.

    Bake in a 350 degree Celsius oven for 8 minutes- cut up and enjoy!
