Mexican chocolate cake inspired chilli vodka brownies!

Laced with Arbikie Chilli Vodka, these Mexican inspired brownies are the perfect treat for anyone who likes chocolate with a bit of heat!

You Will Need (14 things)
- 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Arkbie Chilli Vodka
- 150 g Light Brown Sugar
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 100 g Flour
- 40 g Cocoa
- 4 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 40 g Walnuts
- 40 g Pomegranate or chilli slices if you want more heat
- 100 g Dark Chocolate
- Chili Flakes to sprinkle
Steps (11 steps, 25 minutes)

Whisk together the light brown sugar and butter until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time and add the balsamic vinegar and chilli vodka.

Whisk together the flour, cocoa, cinnamon, ginger and chilli powder.

Mix the flour into the batter.

Mix in the walnuts and pomegranate.

Spread the batter into a baking tray and smooth off the top with a spatula.

Bake in an oven at 200'c for 18 minutes and leave to cool.

Break the dark chocolate into a bowl and melt in the microwave.

Use a spoon to artfully splash the dark chocolate on top of your brownie.

Sprinkle with chilli flakes.

Leave the chocolate to harden then cut the brownies into squares and serve!
