The simple method to achieve a messy bun!
Find a hair tie, I prefer using these spiral bands that don't damage your hair.
Gather hair into a ponytail, getting all the kinks out.
Use the hair tie to pull your hair 3/4 of the way thru.
Twist the hair tie and pull hair thru a second time, folding the ponytail in half.
Twist the hair tie around and pull hair thru a third time making sure all the hair is secure.
Adjust the bun as need for desired messy look. Pull on the bun to loosen it, be careful not to make it too loose!
Tuck or pin any loose ends. Enjoy your messy bun!
