I used about a yard of exterior fabric, interfacing, and liner fabric. Quite simple, the only tough part was the corner stitching, it has to be exact and square. Pretty easy to do. exterior fabric is reinforced with the fusible interfacing as well as the strap. Red rosette is made to be removable. I just stitched a piece of elastic onto the bottom. It can be fastened to a safety pin to use as a corsage or pin, or put on a headband ot bracelet.

You will need

1 yd Fabric Lining I like a bright color 1 yd Patterned Fabric to use as exterior of bag 1 yd Fusible Interfacing fuse to wrong side of exterior fabric Thread Of Choice to match exterior fabric Scraps Of Fabric I chose red satin to make rosette for rosette center for rosette center Sewing Equipment Non Sticky Velcro for closure
