Instructions

  1. Small 2018 01 01 225757 img 5756

To make the mermaid tail you'll need a little silicon mould of a mermaid tail. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave and stir in a couple of drops of green food colouring.

  2. Small 2018 01 01 225801 img 5758

Leave to set for several hours and refrigerate just before removing from the mould. Make a second tail in the same way.

  3. Small 2018 01 01 225805 img 6025

Cut the first banana into slices and use a small star cutter to cut out some starfish.

  4. Small 2018 01 01 225810 img 6026

Pop the remaining banana in a blender and break in the second banana.

  5. Small 2018 01 01 225842 img 6030

Add the raspberries, apart from one handful, and add half the soya milk.

  6. Small 2018 01 01 230238 img 6032

    Blend until smooth and pink.

    Divide between two bowls.

  8. Small 2018 01 01 230308 img 6036

Break the third banana into your blender and add the blueberries, saving one handful, and remaining soya milk.

  9. Small 2018 01 01 230337 img 6039

    Blend until smooth and purple.

  10. Small 2018 01 01 230353 img 6042

Pour into the bowls, creating a swirl on the pink smoothie.

  11. Small 2018 01 01 230410 img 6044

Arrange the remaining blueberries and raspberries on top.

  12. Small 2018 01 01 230425 img 6046
