One of the biggest hassles of my life is trying to decide what's for dinner. So i made up a menu board that shows you a month in advance! great for grocery shopping...and at noon everyday i just glance at it to see what needs to be taken out of the freezer! and it's magnetic...so you can easily swap out!

So i made up a menu board that shows you a month in advance! great for grocery shopping...and at noon everyday i just glance at it to see what needs to be taken out of the freezer! and it's magnetic...so you can easily swap out!
the supplies you need are a 12x 12 wood frame. cute scrapbook paper. a metal flashing sheet (cheap at a home improvement store)magnets and a clear calendar (you can find these online)
you will also need to gather a list of all your meals. type them up and print them out.
first...paint your frame (if it's unfinished) and while that's drying you cut out your meals. you can mount them to thicker paper and laminate. (i just used packaging tape!) then add magnets to the back.
then you are going to get your hot glue gun ready...and glue in your metal flashing to the frame. then your scrapbook paper...and last but not least- your clear calendar.
then you just add your magnets and you are ready to eat..or at least KNOW what you are eating!!!
