Mens Shirt To Simple Dress

all I did here was cut the sleeves off hemmed around where the sleeve was. Then I took a piece of elastic and sewed it to the back just above the waist. after wearing it I realized it needed to be sewn shut just below the buttons or I could of added a few more buttons.
