Cut tuna steak into ½” cubes
Finely chop the green onion
In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sambal oeleck, and brown sugar until incorporated.
Add the tuna, green onion, and sesame seeds to the mix.
Gently mix until all the tuna cubes are covered in the poke sauce
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
If you want to add a Cali twist, add toppings such as edamame beans, chunks of avocado, or fried onions.
