Easy to prepare. Can be eaten right away or prepare in advance until needed.
Easy to prepare. Can be eaten right away or prepare in advance until needed.
Mix the flour, garlic powder & onion salt together. Coat the chicken in the flour mixture.
Fry in a little oil. Remove from the pan & set aside.
Fry the onion, garlic & mushroom until softened.
Add a little flour & stir through.
Add the wine to the pan & cook out for a few mins.
Add the stock bring to a boil & allow to thicken.
Add the mascarpone & stir through.
Pour over the chicken
Serve.
