A classic martini cocktail with gin, sweet vermouth, lemon, cherry and orange bitters!

This fruity take on the martini was the perfect summer drink to mix with Arbikie Gin, with fresh lemon, cocktail cherries and a few dashes of orange bitters.

You will need

2 oz Arbikie Gin 1 oz Sweet Vermouth 1 Lemon 2 Cocktail Cherries plus a splash of their juice 2 dash Orange Bitters Ice

This fruity take on the martini was the perfect summer drink to mix with Arbikie Gin, with fresh lemon, cocktail cherries and a few dashes of orange bitters.

Instructions

1. 

   Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin and sweet vermouth.

2. 

   Squeeze in the juice from the lemon and add a splash of the juice from the cocktail cherries.

3. 

   Finally, add a few drops of orange bitters.

4. 

   Shake well to chill and strain into a martini glass.

5. 

   Garnish with two cocktail cherries and a twist of lemon peel.
