Pretty and tasty CHOCOLATE! Christmas is coming and you can1t go wrong with these truffels as a great present!
Gather your ingredients.
Break up the chocolate.
Melt the chocolate over boiling water, but don't let the water touch the pyrex bowl. When all melted add some cream. Add the alcohol if using. Chop up the marshmallows and prepare coating while you are waiting. Let it cool, until it is not liquid.
Don't get distracted by cute faces...
After it cooled down and set a bit - get ball-ing. You can use a melon baller, I did not have one, so just used a spoon to scoop up a small amount of chocolate. Place the marshamallow in the middle and work the chocolate around it.
Roll them in your chosen coatings, and set them on your parchament papered tray. Let them dry, wrapp them in paper a cellophane and you good to gift them!
