Chocolate Marshmallow Slider Cupcakes

These Are sticky & messy to eat, but taste yummy.

I used London Marshmallow Company marshmallows but you could use any store bought marshmallows.

You could also change the chocolate topping from milk to dark or white chocolate.

If the marshmallows don't melt enough you can microwave for a few seconds but keep an eye on them.

You Will Need (15 things)

  • 1 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 1/4 cup Plain Flour
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa
  • 2 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • Filling

  • Marshmallows
  • Topping

  • 150g Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Sprinkles

Steps (11 steps, 50 minutes)

    Heat oven 180/350 degrees.

    Beat butter, oil & sugar together.

    Add eggs one at a time.

    Beat well.

    Add flour, Bicarb & Cocoa.

    Mix until incorporated.

    Add milk & vanilla.

    Combine.

    Pour into cupcake cases.

    Bake for 25 mins until cooked.

    Remove from oven.

    Place on cooling rack for 5 mins.

    Cut marshmallows in half.

    Cut cupcakes in half whilst still hot.

    Place marshmallows in between the two half of the cake & sandwich together.

    Heat chocolate & butter in microwave until melted.

    Stir together.

    Spread over cold cupcakes.

    Top with sprinkles.
