This is a great Cheesecake to make in advance.
The longer you can leave it to set up, the better it is.

You Will Need (20 things)

Base
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 250 g Biscuit(s)
- 125 g Butter Melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 20 g Butter

Chocolate Sauce
- 60 g Chocolate Milk Chopped
- 2 tbsp Cream

Filling
- 1/4 cup Water Boiling
- 3 tsp Gelatine
- 500 g Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 200 ml Cream
- 3 Mars Bar Chopped

Butterscotch sauce
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 20 g Butter
Steps (13 steps, 30 minutes)

Base...
Crush the biscuit.
Add the butter & vanilla.
Mix together.
Press into a tin. Set aside.

Butterscotch sauce...
Combine all ingredients in a pan.
Gently heat until the sugar has dissolved. (don't boil).
Set aside

Chocolate sauce...
Combine ingredients in a pan.
Gently heat until melted & combined.
Set aside.

Filling...
Sprinkle the gelatine over the water, one spoon at a time, mix together & leave to cool.

Beat the cream cheese & sugar together until light & fluffy.

Whisk the cream until soft peaks.

Add the gelatine mixture to the cream & combine.

Mix the cream & cream cheese mixtures together.

Fold in the mars bars.

Spoon half the filling into the base.

Pour half the two sauces over the filling & marble it with a knife.

Pour over the remaining filling & top with the remaining sauces.
Marble again.

Refrigerate over night.
Top with some more chopped mars bars.
Serve.
