First I took a delightfully tacky brooch (also a garage-sale find) and traced its shape onto a large stamp that I really liked. After making sure that the stamp was a little smaller than the brooch (as if it overlapped the sides, it would just crinkle oddly), I glued it on. I still have to find another bag or article of clothing to pin this on, because I am far too attached to my Timbuk2 bag and dresses to puncture them!
