Preparation Time: 15 min Marination Time: 2-24 hrs Cooking Time: 15 min (depends on the size of the chicken pieces and the method of cooking) I have roasted them in a pan but the authentic kebab cooking call in for a tandoor grill oven. You can also oven grill it or grill it on a stove top.

    Lets not forget the SALT!

Now add the chicken and mix it so that it is well coated in the marination. Close the lid and freeze at least for 2 hours before cooking

  6. Small img 9038

Heat oil in a pan (non stick or cast iron)

  7. Small img 9039

Place the chicken pieces on the pan. Sear both sides Serve the kebab with salad

  8. Small img 9044

For the salad : * Slice onions and sauté in the same pan on high heat for 2-3 minutes. The onions should not lose their crispiness. * Now pour in the rest of the marinade and sauté for 2 more minutes.
