Total this project cost me about $7 (w/ tax) dollars for page protectors, the T-shirt, and the paint. I bought it all from the craft department at Walmart, since I'm kinda broke! So hopefully this helps you!

Lay your T-shirt out on a flat clean surface!
Get the image you want for your shirt and place it in the page protector.
Paint the picture how you want, I painted mine solid.
Now place the painting on the place you want on your shirt, when the painting is flat push down gently with the sponge.
Peel off gently and place let it dry as the instructions on the paint bottle say. Mine said 4 hours.
And presto! A new shirt for you!
