Cream liqueur cheesecake with chunks of dark chocolate

An indulgent creamy cheesecake laced with chunks of dark chocolate and Magnum Cream Liqueur.

You Will Need (8 things)

  • 200 g Digestive Biscuits
  • 400 g Cream Cheese
  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 g Icing Sugar
  • 200 ml Whipped Cream
  • 100 ml Condenced Milk
  • 100 g Chocolate
  • 6 oz Magnum Cream Liqueur

Steps (11 steps, 35 minutes)

    Melt the butter and place in a blender with the biscuits. Blend until the biscuits are smooth crumbs.

    Pack the biscuit base into the bottom of a greased baking tin and leave to chill for a few hours.

    Place the icing sugar and cream cheese in a bowl.

    Whisk together until combined.

    Whisk in the whipped cream and condensed milk.

    Break up three quarters of the chocolate into the cake.

    Pout in the Magnum Cream Liqueur.

    Fold to combine.

    Spread the cake on top of the biscuit base and chill for several hours.

    Carefully remove the cake from it's tin.

    Grate the remaining chocolate on top and serve.
