Cut two pieces of cord, 1: 50cm/20 inch, 2: 150cm/60 inch / fold your 50cm cord in half
Tie the other piece around this using a regular knot to secure (making sure this is also halfway along the 150cm piece of cord)/ From now on I will be calling the 50cm piece the middle cords to hopefully make this process easier to understand
Take the right cord over the top of the middle two (50cm cord) / take the left cord over the top of the right cord (now on the left hand side of the middle two) and underneath the middle cords / Thread through the gap between the original right hand cord and the middle cords.
Pull both left and right cords gently apart until you create the knot around the middle two / Repeat this process but this time take the left cord over the middle two / take the right cord over the top of the left (now on the right hand side of the middle two) and underneath the middle two cords / Thread through the gap between the original left hand cord and the middle cords / Pull cords apart until the knot is tight.
Complete this action 5 times (3 for the right and 2 for the left) then thread one bead onto the middle cords / Knot again 5 times / add another bead / continue to do this until you have your desired length (Keep checking the size against your own wrist)/ Once you've got the right length glue the last knot in place and leave to dry (any multi-purpose glue will do)
Once the glue is dry cut off the two outer cords leaving the middle two intact / thread one last bead and knot your middle threads together creating a "stopper" for the last bead / Glue this knot to secure and when dry cut off any excess
Use the original loop in the middle cords to create a hook and eye style clasp with the last bead / Make with different size beads, cord and amount of knots between beads.
