M&M Cookie Bars

These are no bake cookies.

They are really tasty.

You Will Need (12 things)

  • 1/2 cup Butter Softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cup Oats
  • 3/4 cup M&Ms

  • Topping

  • 3 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/4 cup Chocolate
  • 1/4 cup M&Ms

Steps (10 steps, 20 minutes)

    Mix butter & sugars together.

    Add peanut butter & mix through.

    Add flour & vanilla.

    Mix to combine.

    Add oats one cup at a time.

    Mix in well.

    Add the M&Ms.

    Stir to combine.

    Press into a tin.

    Melt the chocolate & cream together.

  8. 8

    Spread over the top of the cookie mixture.

    Sprinkle the M&Ms over the top & press in.

    Cut into squares.

    Serve.
