This low fat pork stir fry is something I whipped up after I started eating healthy, I love Chinese, Vietnamese food but the problem is that in the western world a lot of their food is cooked fairly unhealthy unlike the traditional food, so this is my twist on an Asian inspired meal, that is super quick and easy it can be cooked in 15 minutes

You Will Need (13 things)
- 200 g Baby Corn Halved
- 2 Medium Carrot(s) Cut into thin sticks
- 1 tsp Chinese Five Spice
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 Large white Onion(s) Cut into small wedges
- White Sugar
- 200 g Vermicelli Noodles
- 1 Handful of Bean Sprouts
- Snow Peas Sprouts
- 4 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 3 tbsp Fresh Coriander Roughly chopped
- 3 tbsp Fresh Mint Roughly chopped
Steps (5 steps, 15 minutes)

Place noodles into a large bowl and just cover with boiling water. Soak for 8–10 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat a wok on high heat, spray with cooking oil, Add onion, carrots, corn and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes, or until it starts to soften.

Mean while, mix sauces together in a muxing jug or cup ready for adding

Add pork and chinese five spice to vegetables in wok, and cook. Stiring until pork is browned and cooked through.

Drain noodles, add to wok along side with bean sprouts, mint coriander and snow pea sprouts. Stir through well and remove from heat.
Place into bowls and serve with a lime wedge
