Perfect for Valentine's day, this martini combines Love.Gin with vermouth, lemon juice and crushed Love Hearts candy.

You will need

1 ½ oz Eden Brewery Love. Gin ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice 2 oz Vermouth 4 x Love Hearts sweets Ice Cocktail Shaker

Perfect for Valentine's day, this martini combines Love.Gin with vermouth, lemon juice and crushed Love Hearts candy.

Instructions

1. 

   Crush the Love Hearts sweets with a pestle into a fine powder.

2. 

   Wet the rim of a martini glass with lemon juice and then roll it in the bowl to coat it in the crushed Love Hearts.

3. 

   Pour the remaining crushed candy into a cocktail shaker with ice and add the love.gin, lemon juice and vermouth.

4. 

   Strain into the martini glass and serve.
