Use a heart shape cookie cutter for the egg. Place cookie cutter in pan and pour egg mixture into heart. Once egg has began to firm and you need to flip, remove cutter and flip egg. If egg ran underneath the cutter a bit, use parring knife to fix shape.
To spell out LOVE cook three strips of bacon until cooked thorough but not crunchy. Remove from pan and instant place onto plate forming the letters. Let set for 2 minutes so the letters can harden into form.
