Ok I know this is a bit weird, but there was this old dress that I cut into a skirt yesterday and that left the sleeves. The sleeves also had these weird loops on them so i cut those too. (Sadly it made holes in the necklace but you can't tell) I was originally going to make it more like this - http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/tshirt_necklace_2 But this is what it turned out to be. And yes its rough, no its not meant to be perfect. I just cut the fabric until i had the seamed pink loops of the 2 sleeves, and then i tied the strips from the other two loops together, and made them into one piece. You have to double knot so the fabric doesn't pull out. So you end up with two straight seamed pieces, and two looped pieces.
