Instructions

1. 1. Loom knit a brim - 8 rows folded in half 2. Loom knit the body of your dress to your desired length - needs to reach collar bone on the top. I do 28-30 depending on the doll. 3. Pull the dress over the doll ( brim is the bottom of dress ) .. pull the left-over string closed. 4. Attach eight flat pom poms around the dress. Decorate further as you like.
