I always wanted to try out a JSK, and well here it is! It can be worn with or without a shirt(I prefer without in the summer time!)The pattern, and method are somewhat similar to my OP tutorial.

3 yd 1/4" Thick Elastic 2 yd Crochet Lace 2 yd Cotton Fabric
