First, you'll need to cut the liquid lame' fabric into the pieces needed for the bodysuit, then you'll need to sew the pieces together! Then on the edges (leg openings, neck opening, sleeve opening) you'll need to sew the elastic into the edges making sure the elastic loops are smaller in diameter than the openings in order to make the bodysuit fit better! Then on such a bodysuit with long sleeves, you'll need no more than 3/8 inch wide elastic at several yards length making sure the elastic is 1/2 the length of the side and bottom of sleeve seam and half the length of the backside and half the length of the top of the sleeve! That'll be 5 pieces of elastic you'll be needing!
Sewing in the pussybow will be both tricky and easy at the same time! First you'll need to sew two long pieces of fabric ribbons or 2 long pieces of fabric belts using the same exact fabric as the bodysuit itself! Now here's the tricky part! First cut the fabric into 2 pieces each belt making sure the fabric backing is sticking out, then leave one end unsewn and flip the fabric ribbon/belt inside-out sow the shiny side/colored side is sticking out, then tuck the end inside and sew that end together! Then use the guide in the pic to sew in the fabric pieces! Also make sure you sew in some buttons as shown in the guide! Hopefully the pussybow on the bodysuit looks like it is on the guide and on my pics!
And if all goes well, the pussybow and ruching on the bodysuit looks like this!
.....and this on the backside!
And an upclose of the pussybow on the bodysuit!
Another up-close of the pussybow on how it should look like!

This pic shows the backing (reverse-side) of the bodysuit that way I can show you the elastic that's used for the ruching detail!!!
