Last year I challenged myself to create a flatbread pizza which would look elegant and which would be a perfect Christmas treat. But you don't need to wait until December to try this Lingonberry Brie Naan Pizza; I do believe this is a great way to celebrate autumn including Thanksgiving. Use cranberry jam if you cannot find lingonberry jam.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F). Place the Naan bread on the baking sheet.
In a small pan melt the butter and cook the onion, over low medium heat, 5-7 minutes, until soft. Add the balsamic, maple, salt, and rosemary, and cook for 5 minutes more. Remove from heat.
Spread the cream cheese over the Naan bread. Scatter the caramelized onions.
Roll up 3-5 slices of ham (depending on size) and then slice them. Arrange these spirals on the bread.
Drop the lingonberry jam in a few spots. Finish with the pecans and brie.
Bake for about 7-9 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Remove from oven and when serving, sprinkle with some more rosemary. Enjoy!
