Leopard Nail Painting Tutorial

Is that wet n' wild eyeliner? ;) Still, that's so clever!

Never have I ever thought of using liquid eyeliner for my nails, but I didn't have any black nailpolish.. and my gosh am I glad I stumbled upon this idea! It's really nifty and a great use for my cheap eyeliner that came with a magazine, lol
