This fun twist on the martini combines Caorunn Gin with limoncello, fresh lemon, simple syrup and an egg white for a drink that tastes exactly like a lemon meringue pie.

You will need

4 oz Caorunn Gin 2 oz Limoncello 1 oz Simple Syrup 1 Egg White 1 Lemon Ice

This fun twist on the martini combines Caorunn Gin with limoncello, fresh lemon, simple syrup and an egg white for a drink that tastes exactly like a lemon meringue pie.

Instructions

1. 

   Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Caorunn Gin, Limoncello, simple syrup and egg white.

2. 

   Squeeze in the juice from a lemon.

3. 

   Shake really really well before straining into two martini glasses.

4.
