I do quite a lot of baking, i love cupcakes - especially decorating them. But i thought i'd do something different and post it on here.

125 g Plain Yoghurt 1 Egg(s) 75 g melted and cooled Butter 100 g Caster Sugar 150 g Lemon Curd 2 tsp Baking Powder 225 g Plain Flour 125 ml Whole Milk
